(カルビ)Karubi / Short rib
Beef Karubi is taken from the under side of the cow. It is juicy, fatty, meaty and so delicious!

(ロース) Beef roast
Beef roast is taken from the rear leg of the cow or “round beef”
This delicious beef is so tender that it will melt in your mouth!!!
i recommend that you can grill as rare, like rare beef steak.
